Instagram users worldwide NSFW Reels have taken to X and Reddit, reporting that their feeds are being flooded with violent and NSFW content.
I’ve heard of some people even going so far as to buy actual boxes and lock their phone in for periods of time. On iPhones, you can head into your settings and mute all notifications from an entire app wholesale. And nope, it doesn’t have to be when you’re asleep — it can be any set of hours you don’t want distraction.
You undo your streak by removing an app from your blocked list or changing your preferences around how many steps give you a minute of app access or how long your banked minutes last before resetting. My earned time resets weekly, meaning steps I took yesterday still apply to today’s banked time, but you can set it to reset daily or never, too. If you’re someone who doesn’t get a lot of time to walk in the day, you can use the app on its lowest settings, trading 25 steps for a minute of app time, and still get the benefits. As your phone or fitness tracker detects steps, they get converted into minutes that you bank and can then convert back into time to unlock your apps. Even just 3 hours a day over the course of year adds up to (and prepare yourself for this) 45 full days on your phone.
- Essentially, however Apple Health detects your steps, whether from your phone or wearable, Steppin will detect them, too, since it runs on Apple Health data that you grant it permission to access during setup (unfortunately, that means there’s no Android version at the moment).
- He explained that he came up with the idea while on vacation with his family, noticing that no one was looking at their phones while they walked around, but as soon as they got into a car to travel to a farther destination, everyone was glued to their screens.
- It’s definitely something you still need to have some self-restraint to use, since you pick the apps that go on your block list and have a number of options for accessing them or overriding Steppin’s control, but it provides all the tools you need to make better decisions.
- EliteBabes.com is dedicated to the sexiest naked women you can find online, and that’s no bullshit.
- An Android app is also already in development and should be here in “weeks, not months,” English says.

An Android app is also already in development and should be here in “weeks, not months,” English says. I didn’t love that, either, but it went back to the scroller soon enough. I’ve noticed plenty of changes in the five months I’ve been using it, too. The streaks feature, for instance, was only added after the first few weeks the app was available, after he got feedback from users who said they’d like to see something like that.
A few months later, Steppin was born, but though it’s still relatively new, English has already made some changes and is planning more for the future. Still, if streaks or gamification are things that keep you on track, it’s a nice feature. For me, that’s useful because I am a streak-motivated kind of person. You even feel kind of good about it, since you earned that time by doing something good for yourself. The spin bike doesn’t increase my step count, though, so suddenly, I have a good reason to care how much I’m walking—and it’s paying off.
In Alpha Daddy Make Me Yours movie, Wolfless Omega Lyra has always been called the unwanted runt. Company surveys found that teenagers on the platform reported experiencing bullying, violent content, and unwanted nudity more frequently than older users. This is not the first time Instagram has come under scrutiny for its content moderation. A third added, “I’ve seen 20+ gun shots, 5 gang fights, 13 fatal accidents, a guy crushed by elephant and a child birth as well on my instagram feed today.” My insta feed and reels keep showing sensitive contents.
